UK delivery charges

UK delivery is free for orders over £75. Below the free-delivery threshold, Express Delivery costs £25. Express Delivery is also available as a paid £25 option on qualifying larger orders. Your basket shows the delivery charge before payment.

Processing and delivery estimates

Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days after payment confirmation, excluding public holidays. The published delivery estimates begin from dispatch: standard delivery 3 to 7 business days and express delivery 1 to 3 business days where available. These are estimates, not guarantees.

Tracking

We email dispatch details and a tracking number when available. Carrier tracking may take up to 24 hours to update. Visit Track Your Parcel or contact us if you need help.

International enquiries

The store primarily serves UK customers. For another destination, contact us before ordering to confirm that delivery is available and obtain the applicable delivery charge, estimated transit time and information about possible customs charges. The published international estimate is 5 to 10 business days after dispatch, subject to destination and carrier confirmation.

Address checks, delays and damage

Check your delivery details before paying and contact us quickly if you spot an error. If a parcel is delayed, missing or damaged, contact theteam@customersupport.care with the order number. Retain damaged packaging if possible. We will investigate with the carrier and explain the next steps; your statutory rights remain unaffected.
